I’d heard bits and bobs about Tony Macalpine new album via his twitter account here and there but only found out today that the album, eponymous, was out today (I’ve been mostly off twitter lately, too much stuff happening). So I went to check the video kindly posted by Jon at Guitarnoize and sure enough, it’s a pure shred fest.

The great thing is, if you order the new album from the shop on Tony’s website, you get to download the whole thing as a free bonus immediately.
