A Wizard is never late

This week has been such a jumble of sorts, everything in my regular schedule has been out of whack but I hope to rectify course next week.

Happy St Andrews Day

Here, for once I can tell you what flower this is. Here we have a Sidalcea 'Elsie Heugh' also known as prairie mallow 'Elsie Heugh', a flower growing in the middle of our herb bed in the garden. Something to remind us of the summer on this gloomy and rainy last day of November, our very own national day here in Scotland.

And while I was supposed to have the day off, I ended up having to go to work for some emergency remediation. Lovely!

In any case, I do wish you all a wonderful weekend, not long now till Christmas.

Busy busy

Between making stuff and playing music, I'm finding my time is quite well occupied these past few weeks, which is a good thing.

In other news I'm quite proud of the fact that the only bargain I got (today anyway) as part of those BF deals is a beautiful book about Japan. No 4K TV this year (or like ever probably)

Enjoy the weekend.

Eye of the storm

Today was a pretty good day, it started with feeling pretty energised with a brand new heavy metal album which came out this morning, this was followed by getting 2 more albums I've had in my wanted list for some time and all this influx of new music is good for (what is commonly referred to as) the soul.

Music is the best drug that won't give you bad side effects (unless you listen to it too loud, so please don't do that)
