Monday, June 14th, 2010This just in, CD Japan announces a new, and as yet untitled, record by Marty Friedman to be released on 25 August 2010.
The description is a bit odd though it says:
Original album release from Marty Friedman for the first time in four years. Features Japanese traditional music player and classic musician as guest performers. Main arranger and track maker is CMJK.

Paul Gilbert’s Fuzz Universe cover art and track listing [updated]
Friday, June 11th, 2010The ever resourceful Jenn updates that there is news on the Fuzz Universe front, namely that a cover art has been produced (apparently on the Racer X forums, which I’ve not visited in ages, umm…) as well as a track listing, which I’ll spend a bit of time to decipher. Why? Because it’s in Japanese and I”m a bit of a language geek, that’s why

Monday, June 7th, 2010Real quick news to pass on a report from CD Japan stating that Fuzz Universe will now ship on 30 June 2010 instead of the original date of 23 June 2010. So if like me you’ve pre-ordered Paul Gilbert’s newest shred fest, you’re gonna have to wait another week.
Personally I think it’ll make it all the more enjoyable
