Been kinda busy lately, hence the lack of recent updates, so I thought I’d make it up this week with a cool song that I discovered some months ago via an on-line radio but which I don’t actually own by our very own Supreme Shred Lord, Paul Gilbert called I Understand Completely. It was released as part of a compilation of Guitar Heroes original songs called Guitars that ruled the world back in 1992. I really like the riff, it has the fun feel that Down To Mexico has and its structure is a little different. Check it out and enjoy for yourselves:

Sunday, March 7th, 2010No that’s not just a flesh wound, it’s the first single from the upcoming solo album of former Gn’R guitar hero Slash, soberly called “Slash” which is due to be released next month and features a plethora of guests from Ozzy to Lemmy through the likes of Dave Grohl and Chris Cornell. This song features Andrew Stockdale from Wolfmother:
