Well this is it folks, we have an accepted offer, we have passed the first stage of buying our first flat.
I won't give the new address just yet, the website will be updated with it in time anyway, that's mostly due to legal proceedings still going on so I'd rather keep it simple one step at a time.
It's both exciting and scary. It will require a lot of changes for us, mostly in order to make absolutely sure we manage to keep up with our mortgage repayments (that's my main worry anyway). The rest is mostly to figure out how to make it our home, what to get and what to change.
Our date of entry isn't until January which is actually good because it lets us time to work out things to take care of before we move on. Little details such as who to notify of the new address, packing etc...
Oh and as a tease, for those who know Edinburgh, the bedroom actually as a view over Arthur Seat! How cool is that?! ^^
